[ Frankly speaking, he felt a swell of frustration when the original tug of desire happened.

On one hand, he can't deny there are positive feelings. On the other hand, he hates how it all feels, come the next day: confusion, lingering frustration, the perpetual sense of loss. A lack of fulfillment, maybe?

Either way, he... kind of hates it.

Because, in times like this (or even... most other times), he can't just stay away. He can't simply avoid the one person from home. Someone who already struggles with forming bonds. Goro Akechi approaches matters of trust in a way that's similar to how someone fighting arachnophobia would approach a spider.

Arm's length and with a figurative shoe at the ready.

In any case, it's difficult to tug back on the flurry of emotions that play over his face, as soon as he spots two familiar faces -- one more familiar than the other, while said other was seen more recently. His gaze shifts from one to the other as he remains just several feet away for the moment...

There's a tension in the air - a look on the redhead's face that is not possible to ignore. So, with his device in hand, he slowly signs, the messages naturally going to the other two devices): ]
