[He was a dear friend, and having him here with her was a relief. She knew that he typically obliged her with hugs and things of the sort, so it was nice to feel his arms wrap around her in return. She really had missed him on the space station, and now that they had found their way to this strange place it would be so good to have someone around that she knew well.
Her head dipped and rested against his shoulder for a moment, but she lifted it and pulled back enough to offer him some space. This close, she could see that he had aged. He still looked the same as she remembered though, and so she smiled and tried to think of everything that she wanted to fill him in on. There was so much, and she really didn't want to type it all out.
Her hands rested at his elbows, but one slid down his arm to take hold of his hand just long enough to tug him along after her. The hand dropped away as she took to guiding him through the house toward the front where the family room was. Frank had helped her build walls and a door, and had soundproofed the room for her. Once they were both inside and the door was shut tight, she gave out a small little sigh of relief.]
