[While seeing Akira is a huge relief, having him get between Kurama and the attacker is not. Alright, fine, some of Akira's Personae make him nearly as hard to hurt as Kurama himself is, but he is never going to like Akira risking himself this way.

The attack leaves several gashes on the man, and Kurama's jaw tightens as they bleed red dust instead of blood. Technically that could be normal here, but he doubts it. Especially since those gashes don't even seem to faze....it? as it lunges for Akira again.
