He crinkles his nose in response to it, then makes a brief lifting motion with his hands on the hem of his shirt to expose part of his belly. He takes his attention off her, though, to find some utensils in the kitchen. He fills a bowl with water and sets that on the table by the chair, then disappears to find a cloth, a rag -- anything, really, in this house that he can use to gently wash the dirt and blood away.
Logan returns as soon as he finds what looks to be a jumpsuit. It smells clean to him, despite not being worn for a few weeks, so he pulls a single claw out of his hand as he walks to cut part of it off to use as a rag. The remaining cloth is put on the table for later, and Logan dips the small piece in the water before bending to clean the girl's wound.
