So people freeze the floor to dance on. How strange! These other countries and worlds are so unusual.

[In Kouka people might play on the ice, but it would only be in the winter and if the opportunity presented itself. Not to mention that it would be difficult to dedicate a building solely to dancing on ice. His country must be quite wealthy.]
