[Carpet follows Kara, but hesitates just outside of the porch, taking a moment to twist himself up and wring out as much water as he can. It makes an impressive splash as it all pours out at once--he's not dry by any stretch of the imagination when he comes to join Kara, but at least he's not going to soak the entire porch, either.]
