People usually do in situations like these; I think I just have one of those faces.

[His expression shows he's only half-joking when he says that; people do tend to shut up and follow his lead when he tells them to trust him...well, that, or do the exact opposite. There's not usually a lot of middle road there.]

But that's okay, this is an odd place to be sure. No reason to trust some stranger just because they ask you to.
