But then there's a device in her face and she feels a sudden twisting and falling of her insides. She's still wants to keep going, that desire hard to argue with, but now that desire is being pushed back by a surge of anger.]
[Kara is obviously lying and Faith finds herself questioning everything. Maybe part of her knows the real reason she has to leave so sudden'y, but mostly she's feeling spurned. She doesn't want to show how hurt she is, or that she cares in the slightest, so instead of meeting Kara's eyes she looks down from the device to their laps, jaw clenching. It's a moment later when she slid off Kara. She's not even sure where her device had been dropped so she doesn't look to find it in order to answer back.]
