i. soundproofing shenanigans
[ tetora was given, in exchange for his knives and other items, a task to do — soundproofing maintenance. it's an easy enough job, if tedious, but tetora hates owing people anything as much as he hates being chased, and he hates being chased a lot. so work it is — tetora sets out, door to door, and waits for residents to notice him before he gets to work.

i can manage the hinges and the padding, but do you have any specific area you need soundproofed immediately? i'll get started on that first.

you even get the murder violin strings going for the scene, boom, instant murder classic.

[ to say that tetora is not the most socially well-adjusted is... well. bright side, he's actually taking the bathroom challenge (haha) very seriously. tiles are great for improving acoustics, and that's not a good thing right now. ]
