[OPEN] Hold On
Featuring: Prompto and anyone!
What's Happening: Prompto gets his camera back, bums around town.
Day/s: early March
Content warning: Nothing yet, will update if something comes up!
I
[Prompto had been leaving the apartments he'd been assigned to help clean up, exhausted from a day of manual labor, when suddenly a native approaches him and shoves some items at him. He's confused for a moment, enough to almost mutter a perplexed, "Thank you?" before he remembers himself and signs it instead, but then he looks down at the items in his hands.
His clothes he'd been wearing before, and, more importantly, his camera.
He spins it in his hands, checking for any damage or signs it's been tampered with, but everything seems to be in order. "Nice," he can't help but breathe out to himself, luckily without anyone - or anything - to hear. He snaps a random picture of a nearby building; they've done something to the shutter, so it doesn't click, but the picture comes out like he wanted it to.
During breaks and at dusk, Prompto can be found taking the odd photograph or two, of anything that seems particularly interesting to him. Random buildings, nice trees, old statues or fountains, and occasionally people.
In fact, if someone walks by, they might just find a camera flash aimed at them.]
II
[There is something pretty weird about Reims, something he hasn't really heard talked about much. Maybe it's just because everyone else is already getting used to it, but Prompto notices it even more since he got his camera back.
He's taking a break outside, from helping soundproof houses, when he turns to whoever is nearest and types a message. He's not sure how to sign all of this yet.]
it's kinda weird that there are no animals, huh?
Wildcard
[OOC: If you have anything else you want to do with Prompto, feel free to start it off or hit me up at
dandywonderous.]

me too. wouldn't mind seeing a dog or a cat around, either.
[He's fine without all the big, scary things that live in the wilds, but it's weird that there's almost nothing. The most he's seen is a rabbit, once.]
no subject
[An important distinction.]
no subject
[He's never seen anything like that and he knows dogs that are magic.]

[He doesn't even know if these are technically "phones" but they work similarly enough.]

oh, right. guess it's not technically a phone, huh?
[It just looks and acts a lot like one, but it can't make calls.]
